This website presents technical writing services and downloadable fictional samples. It has no contact form, customer accounts, newsletter subscription or payment facility. Images, fonts and PDF samples are served with the website; the pages contain no advertising or analytics scripts added by Noleja.

Hosting infrastructure processes technical request information, such as your IP address, requested page, request time and browser information, to deliver pages and protect the service. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing a reliable, secure business website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Hosting and service providers

The site is hosted through OpenAI’s ChatGPT Sites service, using infrastructure providers including Cloudflare. These providers process technical information needed for delivery, maintenance and security. OpenAI’s processing of hosted personal data is covered by its applicable data processing terms.

Processing can take place outside the European Economic Area. OpenAI’s Sites data processing terms provide for EU standard contractual clauses or an applicable adequacy decision for transfers from the EEA. If you email us, we use your email address, name if supplied, message and attachments to respond and discuss your requirements. Business email is handled through WEB.DE.
